Sam turns 1!

It is so crazy to me that my little boy is already 1. My how time flies! Sam has brought lots of joy and laughter into our lives. He is such a good baby :) he is so calm compared to Miss crazy Maycee but he seems to be just as busy as she is. He has not started saying any words or walking yet but someday soon I hope:) Any way at his party I don't think he smiled once, poor guy was having hard day so that is why he doesn't look very happy.

 We finally got him to calm down and he dug into his cake

Maycee turns 2!

Maycee is spoiled rotten! 

 All the kids loved helping her open her presents

 She even got to open one every once in a while :)

A day in the Draper home

Just a few random things that go on in our house

 This is the day Maycee found the vaseline 

 lucky me she didn't get a lot on her clothes

 This is the day I got out the shower and found a bag of Cheetos dumped onto the floor with these two just munching away 

 Good thing they are cute :)

 This is a first in our house...all the tp unrolled

 Maycee's favorite place to watch tv is in the laundry basket..she has to have a pillow her blanket and chocolate milk...yeah she is the little princess in our home

Movies cannot be enjoyed unless your face is touching the tv 

Valentines Day

I woke up Valentines morning to a spotless house and some beautiful roses thanks to my most wonderful husband :)

 This was our delicious homemade meal

 Beautiful ribeye, loaded mashed potatoes, broccoli and some bubbly :) 

For dessert I made these absolutely scrumptious molten lava cakes.

Of course the kids had ramen and went to bed early that night so that we could enjoy our delicious meal...Is that horrible of us? ha ha

Christmas

Grammy and Grandad came for Christmas this year.

We cannot wait til the kids understand the magic of Christmas, 

when they will actually enjoy it more then we do :) 

All in all it was a good Christmas

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving we headed to Boise, Id 

 Eric is thrilled to make the long drive

 Thanksgiving day...Maycee's first time on a trampoline 

 Grandad had everyone rake all the leaves before the big feast. 

These girls had a blast playing in the giant pile of leaves. 

 Sam was all too happy to participate in the photo shoot

 If this little boy could talk what would he be saying right now?

 All the rakes were being used so I thought I would 

take some pictures of everyone else working :)

 I had to get a picture of everyone playing with the cars...

This lasted probably 2 hours no joke ha ha

We had lots of fun ate too much and didn't get any sleep :) it was a short trip but totally worth it!
